State of the art machines grind and polish shapes of all kinds quickly and precisely. Multiple tool machinery allows one station to do the work of two or three, allowing for more efficient use of space while decreasing handling and process time.
CNC Drilling
Employing the use of single to multiple spindle CNC drills means Tem-Pace always has the right tool for the job. Versatile and precise, these machines ensure consistent repeatable results with highly accurate hole placement, all while increasing set-up and processing speed.
Screen
Printing
Also known as painting, this is the final step before tempering. Using specialized printing equipment, the glass is coated with ceramic frit ink, which becomes indelible after the glass is tempered. Utilizing in house equipment, Tem-Pace can produce glass printed with any pattern and in multiple colors. Inks are Cadmium and Lead free.
Tempering
High tech computer controlled radius bending systems allow Tem-Pace to bend glass pieces to a variety of single radius contours with minimal set-up time. Utilizing furnaces that feature horizontal rollers means the glass will never have unsightly tong marks.
